my story


I’m a Creative Media Director & Digital Strategist specializing in sports media, content marketing, and brand storytelling. I have built my career at Selkirk Sport, growing from Selkirk TV’s first Content Manager to leading a 10-member team of social media managers, editors, content managers, producers, and photographers. I lead the company’s media and video strategy, overseeing national TV commercials, social sizzle reels, podcasts, educational videos, and more—directing content that drives audience engagement, brand growth, and revenue. My work includes commercials aired on major networks such as ESPN, FOX, CBS, CBSSN, and Tennis Channel.

As a member of Selkirk’s marketing leadership team, I work closely with the CEOs and C-suite on major strategic decisions, shaping the company’s overall brand direction, content strategy, and growth initiatives. While leading media, I’ve also served in nearly every role across our 35-member marketing team, giving me comprehensive insight into channels such as email, SEO, PR, blog, influencer, partnerships, integration, events, paid media and other marketing efforts. Since joining in 2021, I’ve overseen the launch and expansion of Selkirk TV, the world’s first live streaming and on-demand pickleball app, negotiating licensing deals with professional tours, implementing monetization strategies, and managing original programming—all while ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience across every platform.

Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience in sports journalism and communications. At Penn State University, I covered the football program as a journalist for the Tribune Democrat, producing game coverage and feature stories. At Utica University, I served as a Sports Information Assistant, managing media relations, social media, and website content for 29 athletic teams. I then joined the Utica Blue Sox as Director of Communications and later General Manager, leading marketing, operations, and brand strategy for the organization. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of sports media, fan engagement, and the intricacies of promoting athletic brands.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Journalism from Penn State and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Utica University, I combine creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and leadership expertise to connect audiences with engaging content, elevate sports brands, and deliver measurable results. My passion lies in leveraging innovative strategies to build media platforms, foster team growth, and create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences across digital, broadcast, and social channels.
